Manpower is working with the State to find entry to mid-level Bi-Lingual Call Center Representatives. 


Duties include: assist in the triage of calls to the call center and route calls to appropriate parties. These responsible parties will assist callers to resolve account issues and to answer questions over the telephone in the Call Center. The Department is in the middle of a modernization and as a result call volumes have increased. As such, the Department is seeking candidates to triage calls to ensure calls are routed to appropriate queues or non-tax questions can be answered and solutioned.

The call center’s function in general, is to answer phone calls requesting assistance or guidance regarding their accounts or to answer general questions. The main purpose is to answer these questions quickly and accurately or determine who may best answer the question and process the call as trained. 

The Call Center Representative’s workday is based on the number of incoming calls the Call Center receives. The range can be anywhere from 20-60 calls per day. 


Working Monday through Friday 8-5, here in Carson City.
