In the meeting, courts writing down and making a record of the testimony. must be a professional with good grammar and spelling. Will be plugging in the minuets for new agenda's being created. Will be going into the office listening to the many different recordings. Must have each transcribed topics done within 2 to 3 weeks to stay in compliance with OML.
Transcribing entails listening to recorded audio (or video) and typing what you hear word-for-word, creates written copy of either video or audio content.
