SUMMARY Responsible for all maintenance related purchasing of supplies, inventory store room and duties assigned DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Place orders on a timely basis for purchases of materials and supplies. Be familiar with standard products used and research sources of supplies for highest quality, best value for money, best terms, etc. Establish vendor files and inventory control records. Maintain price records and handle discrepancies as they arise. Inform management of upcoming price increases, improved product availability, and economical alternatives. In conjunction with the Systems Administrator, process employee time cards. Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. Wears personal protective equipment at all times in the production area and maintenance shop. Report to work on time as scheduled. Additional duties as assigned by management.
