Direct Hire - This position is responsible for painting semi truck beds and required parts for installation as needed.
Paint and detail installed truck beds and required parts for installation
Operate a spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products
Applies paint, varnishes, stains and other coatings to interior and/or exterior surfaces with brush, roller or other tools
Prepares surfaces for painting by removing old paint using paint removers, scrapers, wire brushes, or blowtorches
Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers using a caulking gun or a putty knife
Maintain delivery schedule
May prepare estimates of work time and cost
Keep adequate records and maintain documentation in line with agreed standards
Mixes paints and other solutions and monitors drying to ensure desired results
Understand, monitor and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements
Other duties, as assigned by supervisor
