Working in a call center environment receiving a high level of contacts with external and internal customers on a frequent and regular basis; the purpose of which is to manage and facilitate requests for service and all relative and subsequent actions.

 

Expected to be skilled at providing excellent customer service and with appropriate etiquette in communications.

• Typing and data entry proficiency, balanced with accuracy.

 

Expected to dispense minor and infrequent judgments relative to job responsibilities, more complicated situations requiring decisions are deferred to management.

 

Expected to be sitting at PC work station, typing and talking on a telephone headset for extended periods of time.

 

Six months or more, of customer service responsibilities in a Call Center environment and/or face-to-face customer service responsibilities

• A general knowledge and application of data entry, general typing or PC activities.

III. Critical Skills/Expertise Requirements:

• Expected to be skilled at providing excellent customer service and with appropriate etiquette in communications.

• Typing and data entry proficiency, balanced with accuracy.

 

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

 

Must be flexible to work any shift. Most schedules will include working either a Saturday or Sunday.
