MEMCO is currently looking for reliable full time Administrative assistant in the Houston area.
Administrative assistants must be able to handle many details. They keep an office running while supporting the efforts of a team of seven.
Must be able to work with Microsoft Office Programs, including spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and emails. May assist with typing and formatting documents.
Communication skills needed to interact with a range of people, frequently exchanging information about office operations.
As a multi-tasker, you will need to keep organized. Will need to manage filing system, open & distribute mail and faxes regularly to coordinate the flow of paperwork around the office.
An administrative assistant needs skills in standard written communications.
An administrative assistant must be capable of managing time efficiently to attend and to coordinate their responses.
An office environment has many kinds of equipment that an assistant uses or manages. Be able to order office supplies, send/receive faxes, keep material stocked in machines.
