We are looking for a Recruiter to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients.

The Recruiter responsibilities include placing job ads in various online sources, evaluating applications and providing of qualified candidates based on established requirements or needed skills. To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different trades and skill levels. You must also be able to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.

You will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • -Maintains Applicant’s Pool By Using Several Recruiting Resources. (Advertising, Networking, Social Media, Job Fairs, Job Postings, Etcetera).

 

  • -Attracts, Interview And Hires Applicants Based On Qualification And Skills To Matching Jobs.

 

  • -Writes Job Descriptions, Job Postings And Marketing Materials To Promote Job Openings.

 

  • -Screen Resumes And Job Applications

 

  • -Determines Work Eligibility And Qualification Of All Candidates Including Training.

 

  • -Applies All Applicable Federal, State And Local Hiring Employment Laws.

 

  • -Prepare Candidates Before Interviews With Clients

 

  • -Keep Detailed Records Of Past Applicants’ Information, Including Resumes, Assignments And Interview Evaluations

 

  • -Manage A Portfolio Of Clients And Maintain Good Relationships With Them

 

 

Requirements:

  • -Must Have Vast Knowledge Of The Construction Trades And/Or Construction Industry

 

  • -Must Be Able To Communicate Respectfully With People Of All Levels Of Understanding

 

  • -Must Be Bi-Lingual (Conversational English & Spanish)

 

  • Must Be Able To Manage All Hiring Stages (Job Posting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Assigning)

 

  • -Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen And Background Check Requirements

 

  • -Experience With Several Interview Formats, Including Phone Screening Calls, In-Person Interviews.

 

  • -Must be able to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
