Job Title: LICENCED Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber (Commercial Construction)

Pay Rate: $28 - $30 /hr. Negotiable *depending on experience*

Number of Openings: (1) Journeyman Plumber & (1) Apprentice Plumber
We are currently seeking for (1) Journeyman Plumber & & (1) Apprentice Plumber *Must be licensed* for a commercial construction projects in the DFW Metroplex.
Journeyman Plumber Duties and Qualifications:
- Current Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners – Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber License
- Good working knowledge and understanding of plumbing issues related to commercial construction.
- Valid Driver’s License & clean MVR.
- Pass pre-employment background check.
- Ability to inspect, test, and verify code compliance and functionality of installations
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Developing a plan or layout for plumbing installations
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures
- Own a personal set of basic required hand tools and power tools.
- Pay is $28.00 to $30.00 Negotiable (Depending on experience)
License/Certification Requirements:
- Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners – Journeyman License
- Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners – Apprentice License
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
- Must have stable / verifiable work history working as a licensed plumber.
- Must have an up to date Journeyman or Apprentice Plumbing License.
- Must have clean criminal background.
- Must have a Clean driving record (MVR) & Valid Driver’s License.
- Must have tools.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Drug testing is required. Must Pass.
