Commercial Superintendent Position Available

MEMCO is hiring for a Commercial Superintendent position in Austin, TX!

Job Description

Job Title: Superintendent   

Pay: $75,000 per year

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm; Varies from job to job.

Essential Responsibilities, Required Education, and Experience:

• Must have commercial construction experience

• Must have experience as a commercial construction superintendent

• Must have transportation

• Bilingual Preferred – not required

• Must be familiar with Austin’s city codes

• Must be familiar with creating RFI

• Must be familiar with creating change orders

• Must have experience creating JSA/JHA sheets

• Must be able to drive from job to job if needed

• Must be able to order materials

• Excellent work ethic and time management skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitask and switch focus quickly

• Proficient with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
