We are seeking an experienced and skilled Working Concrete Foreman to join our team. This position requires a hands-on leader who excels in managing all aspects of commercial concrete work while ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial concrete work effectively and efficiently.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications with proficiency.
• Supervise and lead a team to complete high-quality projects on time and within scope.
• Perform concrete forming, pouring, and finishing duties when necessary.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and owners.
• Ensure projects are completed in an organized and productive manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman in Foundation, Slab, Tiltwall, & Sitework
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas (Optional Based on Location).
• Ability to work overtime and weekends is Mandatory.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Reliable transportation.
