MEMCO SER is currently hiring for an EXPERIENCED PVF outside sales person!


This job entails taking care of the lifeblood of our company, our clients. In this role you will be the face of the company through daily client interaction, it starts with you! You will be responsible for face-to-face interactions with perspective and existing clients, quoting clients on as needed basis, generating new business and growing existing business. The most important part of the role is to treat our client and prospective clients like you would want to be treated.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all steps of sales process, includingpreparing action plans by accounts, effective search and follow-through of sales leads and new customers
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Establish rapport with customers, building long-term, repeat customer relationships
  • Be proficient in product knowledge to assist the customer in buying decisions
  • Act with urgency and impeccable responsiveness based on client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, sales, and pricing in CRM system
  • Gather competitive market and pricing information
  • Control sales expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adhere to company policies and ethics and makes sure that they are communicated to the sales team
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in customer relationship management system


  • Skills:
  • Proven work experience as an Outside sales representative or manager
  • Hands on experience with CRM software
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Have an acute ability to pay attention to detail
  • Multitasking is inevitable


Schedule:

Monday-Friday


Salary: $60,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year

Needed Experience:
