Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm
Admin Tasks:
- Enter Approved Office Invoices
- Customer Invoicing
- Organize/Pay Approved Bills
- Review Monthly Vendor Statements
- Setup new customer’s/vendor’s accounts
- Manage Receivables
- Other Misc Office tasks
Skills needed:
- Bilingual (Required)
- Experience with email (we use Outlook)
- Basic computer skills (such as excel and word)
- Great organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Team player
- Great attitude
- Previous Office Admin Experience Preferred
