Job Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. (weekends as needed)

Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees regarding their issues and concerns
- Strong computer skills such as 10 Key typing, with ability to adapt to the organization’s system and software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a stressful environment with weekly deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
- Being an effective team player
- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Clean Criminal Background
- High School Diploma or GED
Job Description:
- Assist with all payroll related matters using payroll software with heavy data entering.
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating sick, vacation etc.
- Calculate referral and sign on bonuses when appropriate
- Deal with questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to supervisor
