Location: Rosharon/ Iowa Colony
Pay: $18/hr
Must have a clean background
Must pass a UA
Bilingual preferred, English Mandatory
Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch concrete products to various job sites according to customer demands and delivery schedules.
2. Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are equipped with accurate and up-to-date delivery instructions.
3. Monitor delivery routes and provide real-time updates to drivers, ensuring on-time and efficient deliveries.
4. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or changes in delivery requirements.
5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of departure, arrival, and any incidents or delays.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and schedule deliveries based on customer orders and production capabilities.
7. Proven experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably in the concrete products industry.
