Sign Installer & Service Technician Helper

Responsibilities:

• Install exterior, structural-electrical signs, and interior signs in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform service calls to replace sign components, faces, or vinyl letters/graphics on existing signs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the installation coordinator to review installation documentation packages, upcoming jobs, and schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
• Document sign installations with customer approval and job photographs, maintaining accurate records of completed work.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites, interacting with customers and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sign installation, demonstrating proficiency in sign making processes and techniques.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, facilitating effective communication with team members and customers.
• Possession of a valid Texas State Driver's License with a clean driving record, ensuring safe and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Comfortable working at high altitudes when necessary for sign installations.
• Knowledgeable about sign making phases, including vinyl application, repair, and servicing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a dedicated team player, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Location: Harlingen, TX

Job Type: Full-time; Hours of Operation: M-F; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with potential overtime including weekends as required to meet project deadlines.
