Roofer Helper

MEMCO SER is currently looking for EXPERIENCED roofer helpers in Palestine TX!

As a Roofer Helper, you will assist our experienced roofers with various tasks on job sites. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the roofing industry and advance your career in a growing company.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems

- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks

- Prepare and clean job sites, including removing debris and organizing tools

- Assist with the removal of old roofing materials

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

- Support roofers with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and securing roofing materials

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications Include:

- Previous experience in construction or roofing

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Basic knowledge of safety practices related to roofing and construction

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites

- Valid driver’s license is a plus
