Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Tape Float, Paint & Coating Estimator / Project Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is an in-office role for a professional with 1-3 years of experience managing and estimating projects within the commercial construction industry.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in relevant project types (see below).
• Strong background in interior tape & float, fire taping through Level 5 finish, interior/exterior paint and coatings, and vinyl wall covering.
• Experience in commercial drywall/metal framing is a plus but not required.

Software Proficiency:

• Required:
• Procore Project Management Tools
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Preferred:
• Quick Bid
• On-Screen Takeoff

Project Types & Scope:

• Project values: $50K – $250K (Paint & Coatings Scope)
• Project types:
• Tenant finish-outs & ground-up construction
• Interior tenant finish-outs
• Schools (Private, Public, Higher Education)
• EMS facilities
• Industrial (Office/Warehouse complexes)
• Big Box Retail
• Medical Clinics

Compensation:

• $85,000 – $115,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
