MEMCO SER is looking for an EXPERIENCED demo supervisor to start ASAP in Houston!
We are seeking an organized, energetic, and tech-savvy Demo Supervisor to lead the coordination and execution of live and virtual product demonstrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly proficient in Microsoft 365 tools — including Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint — to manage scheduling, logistics, team collaboration, and performance tracking.
As a Demo Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of demo specialists, work closely with sales and marketing teams, and ensure every demo is polished, professional, and aligned with client needs and company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the demo team
Coordinate and schedule product demos using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Calendar)
Maintain and manage demo content, decks, and documentation via SharePoint and OneDrive
Lead team huddles, training sessions, and performance check-ins
Ensure demo readiness, quality, and alignment with customer expectations
Track demo success metrics using Excel and build weekly reports
Serve as point-of-contact for sales reps needing demo support
Identify and implement process improvements for demo efficiency and team collaboration
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in a supervisor, coordinator, or customer-facing role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience coordinating live or virtual product/service demos
Ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and stakeholders
