Job Title: Commercial Demolition Supervisor
Location: Downtown Austin, TX (with travel to other job sites as needed)
Pay: $30+ per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Temp to Hire / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically starting at 7:00 AM

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Demolition Supervisor to oversee operations at job sites across the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial demolition, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate demolition activities on-site

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and job specifications

• Communicate effectively with crews, project managers, and clients

• Maintain accurate records and reports using digital tools and apps

• Inspect tools and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance

• Conduct job site assessments and safety meetings

• Manage schedules and ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

• OSHA 30 Certification (required)

• First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred)

• Bilingual/Spanish & English (preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License and clean background

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Tech-savvy – comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software for reporting and communication

• Prior experience supervising commercial demolition crews
