Job Description:
As a Commercial Demo Laborer, you will be responsible for supporting demolition operations on commercial job sites. This includes tearing down walls, removing flooring, hauling debris, and operating basic tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform selective and full interior demolition on commercial sites
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment
Load and haul away debris and construction materials
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Work under the direction of site supervisors and project managers
Qualifications:
Prior demo or construction experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
