Job Title: Sheet Metal Helpers

Pay Rate: $15+ DOE
Position Overview:
MEMCO Pasadena is currently looking to hire reliable and hardworking helpers. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the field—no tools required, and no previous experience necessary, although it is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning job sites and HVAC duct areas
- Help with sealing duct work as directed by lead mechanics
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines on site
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Clean to minimal background record
- Ability to work full shift and occasionally on weekends
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
