MEMCO SER is looking for EXPERIENCED wood framers to start working in surrounding areas of Houston ASAP!

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Wood Framer with their own tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wood framing techniques, be able to read blueprints, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials to build residential and/or commercial structures

• Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans

• Install floor joists, walls, ceilings, and roof systems

• Ensure work meets all building codes and safety standards

• Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a wood framer (2+ years preferred)

• Must have own hand and power tools

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and framing layouts

• Strong knowledge of construction safety procedures

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
