Job Title: Concrete Laborer

Location: Various Job Sites Across the Rio Grande Valley

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Occasional Weekends

Pay Rate: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our crew. Workers will report daily to our central shop and travel together in company trucks to job sites located throughout the Rio Grande Valley, including areas such as McAllen, Edinburg, Weslaco, Harlingen, and Brownsville.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the forming, pouring, and finishing of concrete for a variety of construction projects
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from company trucks
• Build and dismantle formwork as needed
• Mix, spread, and smooth concrete using hand tools and power equipment
• Operate tools such as screeds, trowels, and concrete vibrators
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
• Follow directions from foremen and crew leaders to ensure quality and safety
• Ride in company vehicles from the shop to various project locations daily

Requirements:

• Previous concrete or general construction experience is preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
• Willingness to travel to different job sites throughout the Valley
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license is a plus (not required for riding in company vehicles)
