Screw Operators ( 2–5 Years of Experience)

Position Overview:

As a Screw Operator, you will be responsible for managing the screed on the asphalt paving machine, ensuring material is laid evenly and according to grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate screed control systems to maintain desired width, slope, and thickness
• Coordinate with paver and ground crew to optimize material flow
• Monitor temperature and quality during paving
• Assist in routine screed adjustments and maintenance

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience with paving screed systems
• Familiarity with asphalt paving best practices
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Requirements:

• Clean background
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass drug and alcohol testing
