Position Overview:

We are hiring Roller Operators to compact hot mix asphalt during paving operations. Operators must understand different compaction stages and be able to adjust techniques based on material conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate breakdown, intermediate, and finish rollers
• Maintain optimal compaction based on temperature and rolling patterns
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions
• Work with paving and quality control teams to meet specifications

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience with asphalt roller operations
• Knowledge of compaction methods and surface finish requirements
• Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions

Requirements:

• Clean background
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
