Position Overview:

We are hiring Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Laborers to support asphalt paving operations. This role involves hands-on work including raking, shoveling, and tamping asphalt materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in raking and distributing hot mix asphalt
• Maintain clean joints, edges, and surfaces
• Use hand tools and compactors as needed
• Support safety and quality initiatives on-site

Qualifications:

• Experience in asphalt or construction labor preferred
• Physically capable of outdoor labor in high-heat conditions
• Reliable and team-oriented

Requirements:

• Clean background
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass drug and alcohol testing
