Location: Kenedy County, TX | Travel may be required to South Texas or Houston

Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Paving Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair various types of construction and paving equipment used in highway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Maintain service records and perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to equipment breakdowns in the field
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and track parts inventory

Qualifications:

• Experience with pavers, rollers, and other paving equipment
• Skilled in troubleshooting and heavy equipment diagnostics
• Must be able to work independently in the field

Requirements:

• Clean background
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
