Job Title: Underground RCP Piping Laborer / Installer

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dependable workers to assist with the installation of underground reinforced concrete piping (RCP) for drainage and sewer projects in Mission, TX. This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with trench excavation, grading, and pipe bedding preparation
• Lay and align RCP sections according to specifications and grade
• Seal and secure pipe joints
• Operate or assist with construction equipment as directed
• Backfill trenches and compact soil after installation
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Requirements:

• Experience with underground utilities or pipe installation preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
