Senior Construction Project Manager

MEMCO is hiring for a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta!

Full-time and Long-Term

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm

Job Overview:

MEMCO has partnered with a well-established commercial concrete and masonry contractor in Atlanta. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead multiple commercial projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial concrete and masonry projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
• Oversee material procurement, scheduling, and distribution.
• Communicate effectively with GCs, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Conduct job site safety walks and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Track budgets, schedules, and project progress using construction software.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete or masonry project management.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and submittal processes.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar platforms.
• Tech-savvy, critical thinker, and self-motivated leader.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position.
