Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our busy office. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills


Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and manage the main calendar.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, which may include filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle general inquiries from visitors and customers. 


Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
