Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our busy office. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and manage the main calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative support, which may include filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle general inquiries from visitors and customers.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
