Now Hiring: 2nd Shift In-Process Inspector

Location: Bloomington, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.76/hour

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable In-Process Inspector to join our team on 2nd shift. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality control throughout our production process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts both chemically and physically to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Evaluate items such as dimensions, density, hardness, and overall workmanship.

• Utilize a variety of inspection tools and equipment accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain inspection records and report nonconformities.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in quality inspection or a similar role preferred.

• Proficiency in basic math; a test may be required to assess skills.

• Working knowledge of inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, hardness testers).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
