Production

We are currently looking to hire entry level to skilled production candidates on 1st and 2nd shift.  We have multiple positions including Racking, shipping, and anodizing  for our client in Blaine.  Excellent company to work for and great place to start or continue your career.  

There are two shifts available:

1st: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

2nd: 3pm-1AM Monday- Thursday (10 hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities (tasks that you do to achieve the accountabilities):

• Read, comprehend and follow processing instructions

  • Process Card

  • Customer Purchase Order

  • Customer Prints

• Load parts onto racks and process parts by operating machinery for uniform auto blasting following required procedures.

• Utilize hand tools and other required resources load parts on to or into racks, bins, crates, machines, etc.

• Meet or exceed production rates for jobs assigned

• Maintain a high level of quality for customers’ parts by continuously monitoring parts being processed

• Communicate timely, professionally and accurately to others within the organization when issues arise

• Consistently commit to safety through safe work practices, organization and a clean work area

• Operate Hand Blasting stations by hand to prep parts for paint, anodization or powder coating

• Mask parts as needed for hand blasting operation with precision and accuracy

• Chemical process parts to clean before other finishing services or final passivation processes are completed

• Execute the removal of material and improve the surface finish, improving the shine on stainless steel parts

• Handwork of parts requiring a manual process of sanding, knifing or deburring

• Setup laser machines to engrave parts and perform engraving to customer requirements

• Setup and operate machines to perform cryogenic processing to deburr parts

• Use heat to deburr parts externally and internally

• Operate multiple machines/jobs per designated work area

• Utilize the vapor degrease process to remove oil from machined parts through machine operation

• Perform tumbling of parts through wet processing to deburr parts

• Responsible for monitoring levels of required agents to perform tasks or operate machinery, to include but not limited to, water, soap, tumbling agents or additives

• Package, wrap and label finished goods to be delivered to customer or to the next department

• Other duties as assigned, based on business need
