Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Oil & Gas Industry
Location: Northeast Region (Remote)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: up to $85,000
• Commissions:1st Year Expected Commissions: $10K - $20K
• 2% Commission on split sales (existing customer contacts)
• 4%-7% Commission on new sales
• High earning potential: Top sales professionals can earn $400K - $500K+ annually.
• Some projects exceed $1 million in value, offering significant commission opportunities.

Position Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business in the Northeast region, primarily leveraging warm leads and relationships passed down from our senior sales team. You’ll focus on account management and warm calling, with the opportunity to generate your own sales and develop new relationships over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Northeast region.
• Leverage warm leads provided by senior sales staff to drive sales and business growth.
• Attend key industry conferences (1-2 per month) to network and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales team members in Texas to maximize market opportunities.
• Manage account portfolios and develop strategies for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Must be located in the Northeast region of the United States.
• Ability to travel for conferences and client meetings as needed.
• Must possess a valid US Passport.
