Join Our Team as a Project Engineer!

We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to support a groundbreaking construction in the Fargo-Moorhead community. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented team and contribute to an initiative that truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project leadership to develop and maintain schedules.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee material orders, assist with pre-construction activities, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Maintain financial records, monitor costs, and manage job costing systems.
• Assist in project close-out activities and provide support for estimates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in bridge construction.
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, CPM scheduling, and excellent computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and mentor less experienced team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

• Work will be both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to various elements.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment and navigate uneven terrain.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain stationary for extended periods.
• Quick response to sounds and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
