Position: Quality Control Technician
- Location: Rogers, MN
- Compensation: $18-20
- Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm or Monday-Thursday 9pm-7am or Monday - Thursday 11pm - 9am
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support our Quality Manager and ensure our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with measurement tools, data collection, and quality control processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager with various tasks and projects.
- Conduct validation studies through data collection.
- Investigate customer complaints by measuring and analyzing retains.
- Address production concerns and assist with troubleshooting.
- Enter and maintain monthly quality data.
- Update and maintain quality plans.
- Step in as a QC Technician when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Technical Knowledge: Experience using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
? Measurement Systems: Familiarity with vision systems for precise measuring.
? Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and formatting) and other Office programs.
? Industry Experience: Prior background in quality control; plastics industry experience is a plus.
? Experience Level: At least 2 years in a technical setting preferred.
? Work Ethic: Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
