In addition to ensuring the timely movement of cargo, the Dispatcher owns the relationship between the driver and our organization. Ensuring timely and accurate information to our drivers, responding quickly to problems, troubleshooting concerns and pro-actively monitoring cargo as it moves throughout the system.
