Job Description

OBJECTIVES OF ROLE

  • We are light industrial staffing firm and are hiring sales professionals to join our winning team.

  • We are seeking goal-driven, team players who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.

  • As a sales professional at On Site Person, most of your day will be spent making outbound phone calls and B2B accounts. Your end goal will be to sign up new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Make 55-75 outbound calls daily.

  • Maintain accurate and organized accounts list within CRM.

  • Embrace company culture, values and policies.

  • Clearly articulate the value of On Site Personnel on each phone call.

  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume

  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities, GOOD computer skills needed

  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.

  • Social media savvy.

  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient.

  • Results driven.

  • Hard Working/Hungry for success.

Schedule:

  • HOURS: Monday-Friday (8-5) @ the present time

DAILY AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and open new client relationships, ensures management team is able to connect with the customers needs

  • Speak with decision makers and further qualify if their company has the need for our

  • services within their industry

  • Employee should expect to make (on the average), 80 calls a day to specific businesses within

  • target markets for our clientele

  • Consults with upper management to ensure if the client profile meets our existing portfolio

  • Stay connected and in the know with all client department heads, external partners, and vendors

  • Consult and collaborate with department heads to assess strategy and effectiveness of operations to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency.

  • Review compliance, safety and quality of recruiting process and strategies.

  • Measure and analyze the Recruitment team’s performance against budgets.

  • Be a cultural warrior within the organization, leading by example with a focus on team morale and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of sales related experience and possess a highly positive attitude

  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume

  • Prior sales/staffing experience.

  • Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change

  • Social media savvy

  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient

  • Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic

  • Have reliable transportation

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with sales development

  • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased sales

  • Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings

  • Masterful organizational, communication, and sales leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success

  • Strong working knowledge of data and technically savvy with business management software (e.g., TempWorks, SAP, ERP, CRM)
