Local Philadelphia, PA Manufacturing company is looking to add an HR Clerk to the Team:
Job Brief: HR Clerk:
· The HR Recruiting Administrative Assistant is responsible for pre-screening applicants to determine if candidate should be recommended for interview with hiring manager.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
· Previous experience with an applicant tracking system a plus
· Bilingual, (Spanish speaking) desired
· Organize, scan, and file any recruitment paperwork
· Schedule pre-employment physicals and initiate background screenings
Minimum Requirements: HR Clerk:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· This role is in person, and in an office setting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Previous experience in an HR Clerk or HR Assistant position a plus
· The ideal candidate would be organized, have great communication skills, and can work both independently and in a team environment.
