Job Responsibilities – Business Development Representative:

  • Seek out and prospect new client accounts and generate sales opportunities

  • Participate in the company’s growth by developing opportunities through daily cold calling, networking and prospecting

  • Reach the established targets of new accounts development

  • Engage in other business development activities as assigned

  • Develop and maintain good business relations with potential clients

  • Fulfill tasks during the new client onboarding process

  • Assist with and attend company events as they relate to sales and new business acquisition

  • Ensure proper management of sales activities, and adopt professional sales techniques in the aim of targeting accurately and offering the appropriate services

  • Report weekly on sales activities and keep projections accurate and up to date

  • Prepare and assist with proposals and presentations

REQUIREMENTS – Business Development Representative:

  • At least two years of sales experience; technology sales preferred but not required

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to be self-motivated and take a “hunting” style approach
