Database Administrator

  • Oversee the operations, maintenance and integration of information, automation, and communications systems

  • Administer, test, and implement TempWorks databases, DBA in development and production environments

  • Evaluate performance and workflow of Avionte to match with payroll office day-to-day business specific needs.

  • In-depth understanding of security and backup procedures to ensure database integrity

  • Background in developing backup and disaster recovery plans for nationwide offices

  • Use Python to collect raw data, perform integrity check, correct, extract, and derive meaningful results for custom requested business intelligent reports

  • Ensure TempWorks, Avionte, QuickBooks, RingCentral, GoDaddy provisioned M365 systems operate efficiently and securely.

  • Manage internal databases, from planning and testing stages through implementation and support, license management

  • Keep track of physical, logical, and cloud-based information assets, user rights assignment, manage license and subscriptions.

  • Superior communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skill. Work well with all levels of business

  • Document database tools changelog respond to impact on business systems and user productivity

  • Plan with company employees to identify network or computer system needs, overseeing the installation of new hardware or software and using employee feedback to isolate issues

  • Travel to client worksites, set up equipment and supports.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

  • Computer Science

  • Computer Information Systems

  • Information Technology

  • Analytics

You must submit your completed application, and supporting documents, in person at an On Site Personnel facility. This role is on site, and has no remote options.
