Warehouse Material Handler

On Site Personnel is currently hiring for Material Handlers and General Labor Associates for a major distribution center located in Florence, NJ. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments and loading packages into the warehouse. This opportunity is long term temp, 6+ months. Serious applicants only.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (1st shift), 2nd shift also available.

Pay Rates: $15-$16.50 depending on department and shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and verify against packing lists.

• Unload goods from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.

• Record received goods in the inventory system.

• Process returned items using RF scanner

• Sort and organize materials based on warehouse guidelines.

• Transport materials to designated storage areas or loading docks.

• Assist in inventory counts and restocking activities.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a material handler or in a similar role required

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time

• Experience with RF scanners

• Comfortable using computer software systems

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Comfortable undergoing pre-employment screenings
