Provider Recruiter

Provider Recruiter - responsible for marketing, selling, and maintaining a network of participating providers to support the needs of customers.

Duties:

1. Conduct phone calls, soliciting independent Doctors of Optometry for participation in care plans. Explain aspects of program and reimbursement examples for each office.

2. Record and report market-specific information regarding provider rates, competition, successes and obstacles for recruiting.

3. Maintain all recruiting and contact information in a database to be used for market and recruiting analysis. Develop reports as requested for management and sales teams.

4. Conduct service calls to obtain levels of satisfaction in program, opportunities for improvement, referrals and contacts for continued recruiting.

Qualifications: Requirements:

•Strong Customer focus

•Professional oral/written communication, presentation, and telephone skills

•Skilled in Microsoft Office, with intermediate level proficiency in Excel and Access

Experience in a health care office environment is a plus!
