Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Supervisor for a food-grade distribution warehouse located in Villa Rica!

Qualifications for Supervisors:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have 4+ years of food grade team lead/supervisory experience.

• Must have effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Supervisors:

• Maintain safe work and environment conditions.

• High quality production output, which meets or exceeds scheduled requirements.

• Training and motivating associates.

• Optimum utilization of manpower and equipment.

• Timely and accurate completion of paperwork and reports.

• Lead employees in continuous improvement process.

• Be a resource to all employees to promote a culture of growth and positivity.

• Works to maximize the potential of each employee.

• Monitors employee performance, recognizing and rewarding positive contributions.

• Incorporates every employee in the business improvement process, utilizing and implementing Continuous Improvement Teams (CI Teams) when applicable.

• Promote an atmosphere of continuous improvement within the company.

• Directly supports and enforces Company policies and procedures.

• Responsible for routine problem solving and decision making as necessary to effectively identify and implement quality initiatives and projects.

• Effectively lead the production function i.e., implementing production schedule; selection, evaluation, coaching, counseling and disciplining of personnel, as necessary.

• Works to bring all teams together to solve any problem.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 6:00PM-6:00AM

Pay Rate: $60,000/year
