Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Assembly Associates for a manufacturing warehouse located in Acworth! This position does not require any previous experience.

Qualifications for Assembly Workers:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Some assembly experience is preferred.

• Ability to stand for a full shift.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Assembly Workers:

• Read and follow blue prints, work instructions and procedures to assemble equipment.

• Determines assembly sequence.

• Retrieves, assemble, and attach component parts and subassemblies to products based on spots.

• Performs various hand assemblies, fitting and adjusting operation of a repetitive manner.

• Reworks non-conforming parts and products.

• Lift, load, sort and move materials, supplies, finished product between storage and work areas in a safe manner.

• Keep legible and correct documentation of tasks.

• Carries out a variety of activities.

• Assembles equipment Reads order sheets, Prepares work, Puts assemblies together, Fits drive line technologies, Fits control technologies.

• Tests equipment - Prepares work, Adjusts equipment, Tests equipment based on test instructions.

• Administers check-lists/approval forms.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 6:00AM-2:30PM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
