Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Receiving Associate for a manufacturing and packaging warehouse located in Kennesaw!

Qualifications for Receiving Associates:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• At least two years of work experience in a manufacturing environment and in compounding is preferred.

• Sitdown or Stand Up Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack experience is required.

• Must have the ability to timely and accurately complete work.

• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

• Must be aware and capable of performing the physical requirements of the position to include standing all day, bending consistently, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Receiving Associates:

• Wash, sanitize, and set up all necessary manufacturing equipment.

• Properly operate processing equipment.

• Adjust the speed of the mixer when necessary.

• Draw a sample of product and take sample to lab to be tested.

• Initial batch sheets and sign tank cards to verify that the formulas/procedures were followed.

• Identify incorrect prepared batches and inform supervisor immediately.

• Keep compounding area clean at all times.

• All other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
