Position: Central Business Office (CBO) Manager
Location: Pasadena, CA
Our organization is seeking to hire a Central Business Office Manager for our location in Pasadena. Must have experience in Cardiology Specialty.
The Central Business Office (CBO) Manager responsibilities include:
Oversight of business office
Management of business office
Development / implementation of policies and procedures and overall supervision of the local Business Office
Communications and implementation of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) requirements and reporting
Compliance and generating comprehensive management reports
The Central Business Office (CBO) Manager requirements include:
MUST HAVE experience in Revenue Cycle functions, minimum of 5 years
MUST HAVE experience in Cardiology Specialty
CPC or AHIMA Credentials a plus
Knowledge of medical office operations required
Bachelors’ degree (preferred, not required)
Experience with CMS Value Added (MIPS) Programs
Versed in EPM & EMR systems including implementation and software maintenance
Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Financial and Data Analytics knowledge a plus
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Personable with good organizational skills
