Our client is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain their financial records for three (3) entities.
Responsibilities:

Perform Accounts Payable/Receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition

Conduct credit card reconciliation

Prepare detailed journal entries

Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner

Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
Requirements and Qualifications:

3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping

Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
-
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
-
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
-
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficient skills in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Full-time
Pay = $22-25/hr
