Accounting Manager/Payroll

Our client, a landscaping company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Payroll to perform the following duties:

Accounting:

• Accounts Payable

• Apply Payments and Deposit Funds

• Bank and credit card Reconciliation

• Financial Statements

• Budgets

• Provide Vendor 1099 information to CPA

• Provide Financial Statements to CPA

• Secure Financing for Equipment and Vehicles (applications, financials)

Payroll/Certified Payroll:

• Garnishments

• Disability

• Unemployment

• Enter and Verify hours for processing

• Pay all taxes (941, DE9, DE9C)

• Journal Entries

• DIR Reporting

• Manually Enter all Employee Data to EDD

Agency Filings:

• 1099’s

• PCORI IRS Form 720

• CDTFA (former Board of Equalization) Environmental Fee

• Statement of Information (CA Corporation)

• EEO-1

• CA Pay Data Report

• 401K audit

Insurance:

• Commercial Liability Package / Auto / Umbrella

• Annual Projections (sales by income account, payroll by department, contractors)

• Complete Applications

• Payroll Breakdowns and Payments

Full-time: Monday through Friday

Pay = $65-75k per year
