Our client is looking for a full-time full charge bookkeeper for their construction company.
He or she needs to have computer experience, including, but not limited to:

Word
-
Excel (proficient or better)
-
Apple Mail
-
Calculator
-
Quicken and/or Quickbooks. Quicken is the main checking program, but knowledge of Quickbooks will be helpful for payroll
MUST have knowledge of:

Bank reconciliation

Accounts Payable
-
Job tracking P & L
-
Balance Sheets
-
Aging
-
Email
The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, a self-starter, willing to learn the company’s practices, and works well on their own.
Full-time: Mon – Fri
Pay = $20-23/hr
401K (including employer match) after 6 months of employment
