We are seeking highly organized, energetic, and personable individuals to join our team as Event Staff for an upcoming professional conference. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, excellent customer service, physical stamina, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and check in attendees efficiently and professionally

Provide clear and courteous directional assistance and general event information

Manage crowd flow and ensure a safe, orderly environment

Support exhibitors with setup needs and on-site assistance

Operate or assist with technical equipment as needed

Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth execution of all event activities

Respond quickly and effectively to attendee questions or concerns
Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Ability to stand and move for extended periods; high physical stamina and energy

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Qualifications:
